Hello, I’m Ruchi Kathpalia — a certified Life & Parenting Coach, and the heart behind Resonate with Ruchi.

For years, I have seen how parents, despite their love and best intentions, often carry stress, guilt, and self-doubt in their parenting journey. I know this because I’ve walked alongside parents who felt overwhelmed, unsure, or disconnected—and I’ve helped them rediscover calm, confidence, and joy in raising their children.

I am an Educationist with a degree in Psychology having a vast experience of 30 years at prominent Public Schools in Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

My approach is holistic, blending practical parenting strategies with mindful self-awareness, emotional healing, and heart-centered guidance. Because parenting isn’t just about raising children—it’s about raising ourselves as we guide them.
